ECGsource, CathSource, and EchoSource iPhone and iPad Apps - Cardiology, Electrocardiogram (ECG / EKG), Cardiac Catheterization and Angiography, Echocardiography Medical Education

ECGsource has three cardiology and cardiovascular disease medical education resources available for the Apple iPhone, iTouch, and iPad devices: ECGsource, CathSource, and EchoSource.

ECGsource, CathSource, and EchoSource are also available for the Android OS.

ECGsource

ECGsource is a supplement to the full electrocardiogram content found at ECGsource.com. The application is available for purchase through the Apple App Store. ECGsource for the iPhone and iPad provides a rapid reference for more than 90 of the most common ECG diagnoses (e.g. atrial enlargement, ventricular hypertrophy, and myocardial infarction). Sample ECG images along with specific criteria for each diagnosis are easily searchable.

Am ECG Video Tutorial section is also included with over 50 minutes of video tutorials designed to assist beginners learning electrocardiogram interpretation. Tutorial topics include Understanding the Cardiac Conduction System, Understanding the Limb and Precordial Leads, Determining ECG Rate and Axis, Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, Bundle Branch Blocks, and ST-Segment Elevation.
